How do I subscribe?

You can subscribe here.

Our cut-off dates for each month are as follows.

Our monthly boxes ship on or around the 15th of the month, so as long as you subscribe by 23:59 on the 14th you will receive the current month's box.

For example if you sign up on the 12th July you will receive the July box.

If you sign up on the 20th August, your first box will be our September box.

What is in the box?

It depends on which box you have chosen!

Our Essentials box contains 3-4 treats and boredom busters for your chickens.

Our Clucking Happy box is our best value box and contain at least 5-6 items made of up of treats, boredom busters, equipment and gifts for chicken-lovers!  

We also offer a trial box which will have 2-3 items to try.  

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the same date each month depending on when you first subscribed, for example, if you signed up on the 20th of the month your billing date will be the on or around the 20th each month going forward.  

When will my box arrive?

Our boxes are sent out on or around the 15th of each month by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery, so they should arrive with 2-3 days of being posted.  If your box has not arrived by the 21st of the month then please contact us so that we can find out what has happened to it.  

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes of course!

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.  You can also choose to pause your subscription if you just want to take a break, or you can change the frequency of your boxes e.g. from monthly to quarterly.

Please note that if you have signed up for a specific subscription term e.g. six or twelve boxes you can cancel but your subscription will continue until the end of that term.  Cancellation will meant that it will not renew once the initial committment period has ended.

Can I return a box for a refund?

No, we do not offer refunds on subscription boxes.

If there is a problem with your box, for example, some of the contents are damaged, then please contact us at support@cluckinghappy.com and we will sort it out for you.  

Do you charge for postage?

No, all postage charges are included within the monthly subscription box price - we do not charge you extra for postage.
